Ferry ride on the way over. Nice huge catamaran with breakfast provided. Gear is stored in the back. You share the ride over with folks going just for the day.

Sunrise on the island. Many birds call the island as refuge, so much that the island is world renowned for birding.

Our camp. Not as much shade as some of the others, but we made our own with the canopy. Bathrooms are near by, and showers are available on the ferry that shows up daily. You bring your own food and water and ice.

Fresh caught mangrove snappers lead to fresh made ceviche. Nice way to end up the day on the beach watching the sun set, eating ceviche and having a beer.
