This was an all around unremarkable day of fishing until someone thought it would be a good idea to grab hold of a Mahi bare handed when it hit the deck and still had the hook in its mouth. Ill advised. The hook was still attached to the line and the line was through the side of the fishes mouth as it went through its death throes, pulling on the hook of course.

To their credit after we managed to cut through the hook with some pliers we just put a band-aid on it and kept on fishing.
